How it works

2. Send your family information
Upload your GEDCOM file, documents, family tree, spreadsheet, PDF, photographs or any other relevant information.
3. We prepare your chart
Your family information is carefully organized and transformed into a personalized genealogy chart.
4. Approve your proof
A digital proof will be sent to you for review before the chart is printed.
5. Printing & shipping
Once approved, your chart is professionally printed and prepared for shipping.
Important
Genealogical research to discover missing ancestors or records is not included in the price of this product. If additional research is required, a separate quotation will be provided before any research begins.

What information should I send?
To create your personalized family tree chart, please provide as much information as possible about the people you would like to include.
Helpful information includes:
- Full names
- Dates and places of birth
- Marriage dates and places
- Dates and places of death
- Names of parents, grandparents and great-grandparents
- Existing family trees or GEDCOM files
- Copies of certificates, parish records or other family documents
- Photographs, if relevant to the chosen design
Don’t worry if some information is missing. We will review the material you provide and contact you if anything else is needed before preparing your chart.
